If you would like to cancel your "Your Endless Love" subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to your phone Settings iTunes and App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen (you may need to sign in or use Touch or Face ID)
- Tap "Media and Purchases"
- Tap "View Account"
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage (Your Endless Love).
Note: If you don’t see a Your Endless Love subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. - Use the options to manage your subscription.
- You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription.

We strive for safe content to make it safe for all of our users and content moderation is strictly enforced. We have photo moderation regulations in place to protect our community.
If your photo has been moderated, it will most likely be for one of the following reasons:
- Your photo is sexually suggestive where there is possibilty of revealing clothing
- Rude gestures
- Weapon Violence(firearms)
- Smoking(for example, tobbaco product
- Drugs(drug products, drug paraphernalia, pills)
- Alcoholism(drinking alcohol, alcoholic beverages)
- Racism(hate symbols, hate speech, or anything that is deemed to be hateful or preudicial towards another race)
- Visually Disturbing(explosions, air crashes, or any explicit content that is not safe)
- Minors(Children). NOTE: DO NOT UPLOAD photos with children; highly intolerable and not acceptable on the Your Endless Love platform.
Your Endless Love is a free service when you download the app from the app store.
If you would like to enhance your experience, there are a few options to improve your visibiilty to make you stand out to search for your potential match.
- Standard:This subscription gives you 1 boost and 1 rose like a week
- Pro:This subscription gives 3 boosts and 2 rose likes a week
- Premium:This subscription gives 5 boosts and 3 rose likes a week
Your safety comes first and you can block someone or report if you have seen or have been affected in a life threatening manner; if someone else is involved that has been harmed. We DO NOT tolerate any abusive behavior or explicit content on our platform.
There are two ways to block or report a profile in the app:
On the Messages Tab
- Login into the App
- Tap the messages tab
- Swipe left on your matche's profile
- Tap the Report button if you wish to report the profile; Tap Unmatch if you are no longer interested in the person you are in communication with
- Tap Next
- Tap the reason for the report
- Tap a subcategory of the reason
- Tap Block

Profile verification will show more authenticity to your profile making your potential matches that it is more believable that it is actually you :)
It is highly reccommended that you verify your profifle becuase your potential matches may filter for only specific profiles; this will increase your chances in finding your match!
If you would like to verify your profile, please follow the steps below:
- Login into the App
- Scroll until you are able to view "Get Verified"
- Tap "Get Verified"
- Ensure you are in a well lit room
- If you have any glasses, please remove them temporarily;
- Slightly move your eyes up
- Once your face has been scanned completely and your eyes are up; the Continue button should appear
- Tap the Continue to complete the process
- You will be automatically navigated back to the profile screen
- Your profile will be confirmed with a green symbol
